I used to treat the Coupon Zone wall at our local Independent Grocer as a last minute double check to see if there were coupons for anything I was picking up that day. I live in Gatineau and shop at the Masson-Angers and the Buckingham IGAs and have never seen tear pads at either of these stores….do you mind me asking which of the other ones it was?
